Are your peptides safe for human use?
No. All products are strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption under any circumstances. Our peptides are designed for use by qualified researchers in controlled laboratory settings.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. Every batch is third-party tested and Certificates of Analysis are available upon request for verification of purity and identity. You can request a COA for any product by contacting our support team with your order number or batch number.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
How should peptides be stored?
All peptides should be stored at -20°C in a freezer to maintain stability and integrity. Upon receipt, immediately transfer peptides to proper cold storage.
How are peptides packaged for shipping?
All peptides are shipped in sealed vials and secured with protective materials to ensure safe transit and prevent damage. Packaging is designed to maintain product integrity during shipping. We recommend refrigerating or freezing peptides immediately upon receipt.
What purity level do your peptides have?
All of our research peptides are guaranteed to have a minimum purity of 98%, verified through third-party laboratory testing. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets our quality standards before being made available for purchase.
What is the shelf life of your peptides?
When stored properly at -20°C in a freezer, lyophilized peptides typically remain stable for 2-3 years. Once reconstituted, peptides should be used within the timeframe specified in the product documentation and stored according to guidelines.
